Who we are: JANDBY'S Remodeling Company is a locally owned and family-operated business established in 1987. Jim Orban has held a California License for 17 years and has over 30 years experience in the home improvement field. After 15 years in industrial and commercial construction, I switched to the residential side and  with Barbara Ann Ruggiero founded JANDBY'S in 1981 in Hawaii as a handy-man service.  We relocated to San Diego in 1985 and expanded operations to the remodeling field. I studied construction management at Mesa College in S.D. Earned AA degree at University of Hawaii's Leeward Community College in automotive technology. Today we do a lot of bathroom and kitchen remodels as well as decks, small room additions, real estate inspections corrections, and anything relating to home repairs. All contracted work is completed in a clean, courteous and professional manner by our own trained installers. Job sites are cleaned daily and all debris is removed.
